Learnings About Signs & Wonders

I know that I've been talking too much about Forerunners and what God has in store for this year - and the years to come. I've been praying and looking into this topic for quite some time and it's actually about the "signs and wonders" the book of Acts talks about.

I'm a neophyte when it comes to this kind of topic. Of course, I believe God still does heal the sick, raise the dead and among other things. But I never personally seen these things. Perhaps, that's the reason why I wanted to study this part of scriptures and fully grasp the idea of a real Forerunner - one who walks in the anointing that releases the signs and wonders God foretold long ago.

Looking into Acts, here are the accounted miraculous happenings from the start of Christianity to the end of Acts 28: 

Here's what I've shared earlier about moving into the anointing:

1. Signs and wonders were the results when God's word is preached.
2. Miracles happen when faith is activated.
3. There is always result when declared with faith

I also focused on what I learned from Ptr. Hiram Pangilinan's video teaching through Youtube about healing based on the gospel, which are:

1. God wants to heal you
2. Jesus has paid for it - 1 Pet; 2:22 By His wounds we are healed
3. The Holy Spirit anoints believers to heal
4. God the father anointed Jesus with the Holy Spirit and was able to heal all people
5. The Holy Spirit is the same Holy Spirit that he gave all believers after the ascension
6. There is no junior Holy Spirit, all of us has the Holy Spirit within us in all believers

Pastor Hiram also mentioned that sometimes God doesn't move through us because God is imprisoned in the mind of the unbelieving believers. This simply means, that when we start to doubt if God can do these things, it actually hinders us to increase our faith and pray for our miracle.

I believe that 2014 is a year of breakthrough and part of it is the results of experiencing the signs and wonders.

Let's all move into a new season of the Forerunners where God will use to do things that completely will overrun with our natural mindsets!
